Fresh from the launch of the iQOO 7 series in India, the company looks to be gearing up to unveil the mid-range iQOO Z3 in the country. The phone had already bagged BIS certification, and now it has been registered on the Indian IMEI database with the model number V2073A. This hints at the imminent iQOO Z3 launch in India. The iQOO Z3 was originally unveiled in China back in March with key specifications like a 120Hz display, Snapdragon 768G SoC, 55W fast charging, and a 64MP primary camera. When launched, it will likely be the most affordable phone from iQOO yet and it will look to take on Realme and Xiaomi in the sub-Rs 20,000 segment.
iQOO Z3 specifications
iQOO Z3 sports a 6.58-inch FHD+ LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 2408× 1080 pixels resolution, 20:9 aspect ratio, a waterdrop notch for the selfie snapper, HDR10+ and 96 percent NTSC Colour Gamut. It ships with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 768G SoC paired with Adreno 620 GPU, up to 8GB LPDDR4x RAM, and 256GB UFS 2.2 storage. The phone boots Android 11-based iQOO UI 1.0 custom skin on top and packs a 4,400mAh battery with 55W fast charging support. It has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for security and connectivity features include 5G SA/NSA, 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5.1, GPS/GLONASS, USB Type-C.
In terms of optics, the iQOO Z3 has a quad-camera setup at the back with a 64MP (f/1.79 aperture) Samsung ISOCELL GW3 primary sensor with LED flash and EIS, an 8MP (f/2.2 aperture) ultra-wide lens, and a 2MP (f/2.4 aperture) depth sensor. There is a 16MP front-facing camera for selfies and video chats. The phone measures 163.95×75.30×8.50mm and weighs 185.5 grams.

The iQOO Z3 5G price in China is RMB 1,699 (approx Rs 18,800) for 6GB+128GB model, RMB 1,799 (around Rs 20,000) for 8GB+128GB variant and RMB 1,999 (around Rs 22,200) for the 8GB+256GB option. We can expect the iQOO Z3 price in India to be along similar lines.
